Rules for Cell Phones at McPherson Magnet School

 

➢    Parent permission needed
 

➢    Cell phone must be kept off during school hours and stored in the student’s backpack. If a student needs to contact parents         during the school day, they should report to the office or health office and will be allowed to use the phone.
 

➢    If cell phone is out during school hours, it will be confiscated and taken to the office. Parent or guardian will need to come to         the office and sign order to receive the cell phone back.

 

➢    Cell phone privileges can be revoked if student takes out their phone repeatedly during school hours.
 

➢    Cell phone may be used by student after school once they have left campus or have reached the pickup area.

 

➢    Bring at your own risk. McPherson Magnet School is not responsible for lost or stolen cell phones.

 

STUDENTS AND PARENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A "RULES FOR CELL PHONE" POLICY, AS STATED ABOVE, EACH YEAR.
