Bullying is defined as intentionally aggressive behavior that can take many forms (verbal, physical, social, emotional, or cyber - or any combination of these); it involves an imbalance of power, and is often repeated over time. 

Everyone has the right to feel physically and emotionally safe at McPherson Magnet School.  The below contract states "I will do everything I can personally, as a member of my school’s community, to create and preserve a physically and emotionally safe environment.  As a member of the McPherson community, I will strive to treat everyone with respect regardless of any differences."
